Where am I supposed to put "/" to add scene beats?

To load up the scene beat creation box, you need to be in the write interface. Either click that, or the pen icon near one of your scenes/chapters/acts in the plan interface.

Click inside the main manuscript, and type in a forward slash (“/”). When you do this, a menu for inserting content and formatting appears. The top option in this menu is the scene beat generation.
