I recently subscribed, and need a refund
If it’s been less than 14 days since you subscribed, you can request a refund by contacting our payment provider directly: Paddle.
In case it’s been more than 14 days since you subscribed, please reach out to us directly instead.
I want to pause/cancel my subscription
If you want to manage your subscription (pause, cancel, or update payment details), you can do so by visiting the customer portal from within the app: Manage Subscription
I would like to upgrade/downgrade my plan
If you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can do so by visiting the customer portal from within the app: Manage Subscription
