Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you will be charged the prorated amount for the rest of the month.

1. If you upgrade from a plan: The difference between the current plan and the new plan will be billed, taking the remaining billing period into account. If you are half-way through a month, you only pay half of the upgrade.
2. If you downgrade from a plan: The difference to the new plan will be added as credit to your account and be applied to your next payment/invoice.
