Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you will be charged the prorated amount for the rest of the month.
- If you upgrade from a plan: The difference between the current plan and the new plan will be billed, taking the remaining billing period into account. If you are half-way through a month, you only pay half of the upgrade.
- If you downgrade from a plan: The difference to the new plan will be added as credit to your account and be applied to your next payment/invoice.
To manage your plan:
- Click on your profile icon
- Go to Manage Subscription
- Click Open Billing Portal
- This opens up a new tab. Click Change , where you will find the options to change your plan, pause your subscription, or cancel the subscription. Currently these will pause/cancel at the end of your current billing period.
